a)
HE DIDN'T WEAR
SOCKS:
For some reason Albert Einstein hated socks, he never wore
them, on one occasion he wrote to his wife Elsa that he had to wear high boots
all the time to hide his bare feet. How did it benefit him? I don't think it
helped much, but at least he had an immune system strong enough to withstand
cold weather, something was saying ... but seriously the only reason Albert
Einstein wasn't wearing socks is because he didn't deserve to waste time
thinking about fixing those insignificant problems because he had to think of
more complex things.
b) HE USED TO MAKE HOUSE OF CARDS:
This is Another habit that Albert Einstein used to do
during his childhood. He onc built a fourteen-story castle; if you ever tried
you will know how much patience and concentration this requires, we do not mean
that you must start building castles to become a genius but There is something
very important in this habit, if you pay more attention when our brain is busy
with a mechanical task, it releases our ability to abstract thinking, the more
concentration is needed, the greater the possible effect, it never hurts to
have the mind occupied and something like this card exercise helps with this
purpose.
3. PLAY THE VIOLIN:
Although the young Albert Einstein liked to
build houses of cards, his mother did not like him very much, he decided to
give his son a more useful exercise so he chose the violin. At first the young
Albert Einstein could not bear it, but at the age of 13 he pitted Mozart for
the first time and fell in love with him, despite his initial reaction he had
to change musical instrument with respect to the violin, besides there is no
better rest as for your brain that a change of activity, are you tired of so much
mathematics? ... play the guitar, go for a walk, dedicate yourself to taking
photos, our brain loves that you alternate abstract, audiovisual and auditory
information, but do not forget that nothing replaces a normal, healthy rest and
Albert Einstein knew that very well.
4. SLEEP 10 HOURS A DAY:
Albert
Einstein slept 10 hours because he used his brain a lot to respond to the great
unknowns of the universe, but compared to some geniuses like Charles Dickens he
was a famous insomniac, he only rests his head on the pillow when he woke up
and on the other hand Nikola Tesla was an unfortunate victim of nightmares he
used to say that he recharged his energy by taking naps during the day. While
Albert Einstein entered dreamland, in his right hand he had a spoon that he
held when he slept and just underneath was a plate. You will wonder why? That
was like an alarm clock.
5. DAILY WALKS:
For
some reason Albert Einstein loved to do exercises, on that side he liked to go
for a walk because that helped him to clear his mind, it is said that his
innovative ideas were realized during his dreams, since in them he found the
answers.
6. DO A ROUTINE WORK:
Albert
Einstein preferred monotonous boring jobs, with very low pay because this
allowed him to concentrate more on feeding his thoughts that would help him
develop some theory related to science and thus change humanity forever, it is
for this reason that he loved his work in the Bern patent office, this work
allowed him to use less concentration in order to develop his own theories. He
did not have a recipe for his ingenuity, he only obeyed his needs.
